
John M. Turzer is the President of JLT & Associates. He is responsible for the firm's strategy, direction and client assignments.
Mr. Turzer began his career in 1971 as an auditor with Price Waterhouse & Co. A Certified Public Accountant, he was involved in auditing over 60 businesses during his six year tenure with the firm.
From 1977 to 1987, Mr. Turzer held various operational management positions with Safeguard Business Systems. His departments were well-known for exceeding customer expectations.
From 1987 to 1993, he was associated with Clayton, Williams and Sherwood. As the West Coast Region Vice President, he was the COO responsible for a $115,000,000 real estate portfolio. The properties were located throughout the Western United States and British Columbia, Canada. Throughout his tenure with CWS, Mr. Turzer increased the portfolio value 5% annually by maximizing rent increases and monitoring operating expenses.
Since 1993, when he founded JLT & Associates, Mr. Turzer has completed market studies, training seminars and a variety of challenging consulting assignments for clients nationwide.
He has been a seminar leader and featured speaker at manufactured home trade association conventions. Mr. Turzer has also authored various articles that have appeared in national and regional publications.
