Our reports include detailed

latest rent increases,
programs occupancy rates, marketing
and incentives offered to fill vacant homesites PLUS
various
management reports sorted by number of homesites, occupancy % and highest to
lowest rent. In addition, we include a report that compares current year
rents and occupancy levels to the prior year. Plus, we include a historical
summary report that presents average rents and occupancy rates from since
inception of the surveys to the most current year.
